Julie Chen Moonves is the host of Big Brother's 22nd season that premiered on CBS 5 August 2018. Chen Moonves served as moderator as well as one of the early hosts of The Talk. She won a Daytime Emmy Award for her work. Then it was when she began writing that her passion for writing was revealed. Her excellent talk show earned her an Emmy. The show was hosted by her co-hosts CBS News weekday morning show The Early Show between 2002 and 2010. Before joining The Early Show he was an CBS owned station reporter in New York City, WCBS. She was a producer for ABC NewsOne (1992-1995), the affiliate news service of the network in the late 1990s, as well as an office assistant for ABC News' Los Angeles bureau (1990-1991) during her final year at the University of Southern California. Her first broadcasting job was as a desk assistant to ABC News' late-night broadcast Nightline along with Ted Koppel, who remains one of her journalists' heros. Chen Moonves, who won Columbia du-Pont for the primetime Anatomy of a Riot special which explored the 1992 Los Angeles riots, worked with Koppel.
